- Blend the remaining ingredients (evaporated milk, condensed milk, white rum, water, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla) in a blender until frothy.
- Pour it into a pitcher and refrigerate.

2. Vegan Coquito Recipe
If you are one of those people who are health-conscious and would like to try coquito but don’t want to include the traditional egg yolk, then this vegan coquito recipe is for you. - 3 15 oz cans of dairy-free So Delicious coconut milk
- 1 1/3 cup extra creamy oat milk
- 1 cup of white rum

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup maple syrup

There are two ways of making a vegan coquito. Choose the one that you are most comfortable with below.
Directions
- Use a large saucepan to boil the maple syrup and coconut milk. Once the mixture boils, let it simmer while stirring it for 20-25 minutes.
- Add the other ingredients such as oat milk, rum, vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, and salt to the saucepan. Stir the mixture until it becomes very thick.
- Remove the mixture from the heat and transfer it to a pitcher or a jar.
- Refrigerate the mixture.

Note: Since you are a vegan, you can prefer to add or decrease the number of ingredients used. For example, if you don’t want high alcohol content, you just have to add ½ cup of white rum. If you want your coquito to have a thick texture, add 2 cups of oatmeal milk.

- 1 cup of white rum
