  • 1 ½ fluid ounces vodka
  • ½ fluid ounce lime juice

  • ½ cup ginger beer

Directions

  1. Add ice cubes to the copper mug

  • 1 tsp of sugar or honey syrup (Either of the two will do.)
  • 2-4 wedges of lime 
  • 4-5 ounces of club lime (Use Sprite soft drink for this one.)
  • Ice cubes (The amount of ice cubes depends on your choice of coldness for your Mojito.)

Directions

  1. Use a muddler to mash the mint leaves. Make sure that you don’t shred the leaves too much, you only have to release the minty flavor of the leaves.
  2. Combine the lime juice and the sweetener (sugar or honey) to the mint leaves.
  3. Add the rum to your previous mixtures.
  4. Add the ice cubes.
  5. Shake the mixture of all ingredients together for about 20 seconds. If you have a cocktail shaker, the better.
  6. Transfer it to the copper mug and top it with club lime.

  • 2-3 lime wheels (This will be used for garnish. You can do this by slicing the lime in a round or circular motion.)
